CT Scan
This division has 2 versions of imaging systems : Siemense64, GE SINGLE SLICE
Activities in this ward offers plain scans, injection free, 3-D, 3-D with reconstruction CT, virtual colonoscopy, bronchoscopy , different biopsies, jaw scan for implantation purposes, body angiography (brain, neck, thorax etc….) and cardio angiography.
This division consists of several units: 1 CT Scan room, 1 CT angiography, 1 control room, 1 report room containing 2 computers for edits and reconstruction of films, and an area to receive patients.
Reports are prepared by Dr.Tahraiee, Dr.R.Baharloo, and Dr.Arjomand-Shabestani. In case of cardio angiographies, a close cooperation between radiologists and cardiologists is required.
Furthermore, images can be submitted in CD and DVD formats. Accordingly research activities are also performed. The technical manager of this division is Dr.Mahmood Tahraiee.
